About Me
- Associate Professor at Department of Computer Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology.
- He received Ph.D. degree from Dept. of Computational Biology, University of Tokyo at 2005 under supervision of Prof. Shinichi Morishita. In 2003-2006, he worked as Research Associate in Undergraduate Program for Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, Univ. of Tokyo. In 2006-2011, he was Associate Professor in Dept. of Computer Science, Ochanomizu University. He is now Associate Professor in Dept. of Computer Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology.
